VML: Designing a Welcome at Scale

VML set out to transform its new-hire experience with a branded welcome kit that introduced employees to the agency’s culture from day one. I helped design a cohesive system of custom notebooks, roll cases, enamel pins, and office-specific materials tailored across locations. Produced in partnership with vendors including Moleskine®, the program required coordinating more than 20,000 items across North America while maintaining quality and consistency throughout.
